Octanorm Service Partner (OSPI)

MEMS International are pleased to announce that they are now an International Octanorm Service Partner (or OSPI for short). This accolade means that MEMS are now part of the world’s largest exhibition stand builder network which will further enhance our international build offerings to all our clients.

The OSPI tag line of “Designed here, built there” means that MEMS can now access a global database of 150 trusted partners located in 50 countries to get exhibition stands built locally rather than shipping from the UK.

Octanorm stand design

Our in-house designers work with the Octanorm system from the ground up — not retrofitting graphics onto a standard frame, but designing a stand that makes the most of the system’s flexibility. We create 3D visualisations so you can see exactly how your stand will look before we build it.

Octanorm stand build

We manufacture in our own workshop in Chessington, Surrey. All graphics are produced in-house to ensure perfect fit, accurate colour, and consistent branding.

Octanorm stand hire Need a stand for a one-off show without the commitment of a purchase? We offer Octanorm stand hire — fully branded, professionally finished, and delivered to your venue.

Reconfiguration and refurbishment

Already have an Octanorm exhibition stand that needs updating or adapting for a new show space? We can reconfigure, repair, and refresh existing stands — including stands not originally built by MEMS.

Storage and management

Between shows, your Octanorm stand lives in our secure storage facility in Surrey. We inspect, maintain, and prep it before every event
